Order Confirmation

Your order will be entered into production after all the information from the buyer is received email by Archicomma.
Goods will be supplied as per the order confirmation. You must advice us within 24 hours the date thereof if you disagree with the confirmation. Archicomma is not required to accept changes in order after the order confirmation is accepted and order placed.

Cancellation

After a confirmation is issued, the customer cannot cancel an order without the written from Archicomma. A cancellation charge of up to the total order amount may apply on orders cancelled. Archicomma reserve the right to cancel or refused to accept an order due to erroneous information being on the website.
Most of our products are made to order so please check the production time for each product. Orders of products with production time cannot be cancelled.

Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return or exchange your order within 14 working days of delivery except for,

- Made to Order products: Once orders have been made it is not possible to cancel as production will have
started, unless specified on the listing.
- Sample sale items
- vintage products
- ordered with your select of colour, material finish, size and your specific option.

Delivery

We make our best effort to deliver your items in perfect condition. However please check your item carefully as soon as it is received. Please contact info@archicomma.com when you have a problem with your item within 24 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue as quick as possible.
