Story

Sintra

Frama

A marble top on a rounded cork base. The two materials are doing opposite jobs, which is the whole idea.

The polished marble shows the veining and carries the weight where the eye lands; the cork underneath is light, warm and durable, and lets the table be moved with one hand.

It works as a coffee table or a side table, in black marble, white marble and yellow limestone, at two sizes.

About Frama

A Copenhagen studio spanning furniture, lighting and self care, Frama works in natural materials with a plain, honest aesthetic.

Frama works from Copenhagen across furniture, lighting, kitchen and bathroom units, self care and fragrance. The studio describes what it makes as sensory human connection through the lens of objects and spatial works.

Natural materials are the starting point — oak, steel, stone, brass — left honest rather than disguised. The Shelf Library, Rivet and Farmhouse series run through the collection, built to be added to over time.
